Since I fell asleep during my 24 hour art marathon, I decided to be productive a different way. I have some shirt designs from ages ago I’m revamping and uploading to spreadshirt. This one is called “Heart of Bone”, based on a dream my best friend told me he had. Click the pic to see the shirts.

There’s also a special variant colorscheme that my girlfriend picked out.

Created a little design for a shirt out of the “no shirt no shoes no service” sign, but for vegans. My girlfriend is vegan and I’m….transitioning. I’ve sat through a ton of documentaries and read article after article about how a vegan, plant-based diet can slow down or cure just about any ailment. And being someone who is personally surrounded by disease (My roommate and one of best friends of 13 years is undergoing a pretty rough cancer treatment now, heart disease, cancer, immune system deficiency, and obesity run rampant in my family) it’s a pretty compelling point. So yesterday I did this neat little drawing of Mario and friends, focusing on my usual obsession of line and shape.

There was a pretty strong demand for this as a shirt design, so I spent my day setting up an online shirt-shop, vectorizing and cleaning up the graphic (which was way more of a pain in the ass than I thought it would be. Illustrator and I don’t get along well).
